This rooftop project transformed an unused terrace into a premium outdoor entertainment space. The client wanted a year-round usable area that could adapt to Dubai's extreme weather conditions. We installed our flagship motorized louvered pergola system spanning 45 square meters, complete with integrated LED downlights, automated wind sensors, and a smartphone app for remote control.
